1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Age Requirement
   Clients must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must provide written consent from a legal guardian before booking a session.

3. Services Provided
   Divinely Us offers spiritual services such as tarot readings, Reiki sessions, and other holistic offerings. These services are intended for personal and spiritual development only and should not be used as a substitute for medical, financial, psychiatric, or legal advice.

4. Payment Policy
   Payments must be made within 12 hours of booking to confirm your session. The booking may be cancelled if payment is not received within this timeframe. All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
   Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session. If a client fails to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, the session will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling is permitted based on availability and requires notice at least 12 hours before the session.

6. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
   If you are late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. No-shows or late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will result in forfeiture of the session, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

7. Confidentiality
   We respect the confidentiality of our clients. Any information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where there is a legal obligation to do so.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
   Divinely Us is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the insights provided during a reading or session. Our services are intended to provide guidance but do not replace professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. You should seek professional assistance for any health or financial concerns.

9. Code of Conduct
   Clients are expected to engage respectfully during sessions. Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

10. Intellectual Property
    All content, images, and materials on the Divinely Us website or used during services are the intellectual property of Divinely Us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    Divinely Us reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
